Coins and the Shop: decorate your office with what your team earns
Every time your team of agents finishes work, your organization earns coins. In the Shop you trade them for items for your agents and your office. Here you learn how coins are earned, how to buy and how to use what you buy.

Earn coins#
Coins are only earned by finished work: they cannot be bought with money and there is no way to pay for more. Every new organization starts with 1,000 welcome coins, and after that the balance grows in three ways:
- When an agent finishes a task.
- When a project finishes successfully.
- When you reach the daily goal.
Tip
Your balance shows at the top of the Shop, next to your total earned and spent.
Check what each task pays#
With the default settings, each task pays according to its size. A task with no size counts as M.
- If a quality review approves the result on the first try, the task pays 50% extra.
- If the review asked for rework, the task pays half its value.
- A project that finishes successfully with at least 2 tasks done pays a one-time bonus of 20 coins plus 2 per finished task, capped at 100.
| Size | Coins |
|---|---|
| S | 5 |
| M | 10 |
| L | 20 |
| XL | 40 |
Note
Failed, skipped, cancelled or blocked tasks, tasks with a rejected approval, and milestones or human steps pay nothing. Whoever runs the server can change these values.
Reach the daily goal#
In the top bar you will see a daily goal, for example “Finish 1 task today” or “Get 1 task approved on the first try”, with its progress and reward. The goal changes every day and is the same for everyone.
It only counts work already paid by the normal rules, and each day pays once at most. When you reach it, the chip shows “Done today”.
Tip
The goal shows on medium or large screens, and does not appear if the coin system is turned off.
Find an item#
The Shop has close to a thousand items, always sorted from cheapest to most expensive.
- Open “Shop” in the side menu.
- Pick a group: “Characters”, for your agents' clothes and accessories, or “Office”, for furniture and decor.
- Press a category. Characters has Outfits, Hats, Glasses, Headphones, Neckwear, Badges and Companions. Office has Desks, Chairs, Tables, Sofas, Cabinets, Dividers, Whiteboards, Equipment, Lights, Plants, Lamps, Rugs, Coffee machine, Posters, Bookshelves, Aquariums, Arcade, Trophies and Views.
- Press “All” to see the whole group, and “Show more” if the list is long.
Tip
When you switch groups, the category goes back to “All”.
Buy an item#
Each card shows a preview, the rarity (Common, Rare or Epic), a description and the price.
- Check your coin balance at the top of the Shop.
- Press “Buy” on the item you want. If you cannot afford it, the button is disabled and the card says how many coins you are missing.
- Press “Equip from inventory” to use it: the purchase goes to your inventory and is not applied on its own.
Note
Buying, equipping and placing require the Member role or above. With Read only you can browse the Shop but not spend.
Use what you bought#
Everything you buy lives in the “Inventory” tab. The action on each card depends on the kind of item:
| Kind of item | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Character clothes and accessories | Pick the agent in “Character” and press “Equip”; “Take off” removes it |
| Plants, lamps, rugs, coffee machine, posters, bookshelves, aquariums, arcade, trophies and views | Press “Place” to put it in its spot in the office and “Remove” to take it away |
| Tables, sofas, cabinets, dividers, whiteboards, equipment and lights | Press “Place in the office”: the editor opens so you can put it wherever you like |
| Desks and chairs | Press “Place in the office”: the editor's “Workstations” tab opens so you can choose their style |
Tip
On the card, “Worn by” tells you which agents wear an item and “Placed in the office” that it is already in place.
Review the coin history#
The “History” tab lists every movement with “When”, “What”, “Agent”, “Coins” and “Balance”, and below it an “Earned by agent” summary. Each line gives its reason: welcome coins, task finished, task approved on the first try, task finished after rework, project finished, daily goal reached or a purchase.
Understand what items change#
Nothing about the work. Items are cosmetic only: a hat or a lamp changes how the office looks, but not what an agent can do, its permissions or the quality of its work. Think of coins as recognition for finished work.
